At Whittier Barbell Club we recognize that mobility is just as key as strength, and that mindset is just as important ability. We are only as strong as our weakest link, do not let one whole in your game hold you back. Because of this we offer a few different approaches to sharpening the axe and increasing your capacity to lift. Training sessions will consist of mobility work, speed and power development, strength training, visualization of lifts, and technique assessment. Together these elements will help you bullet proof your body, hone your technique, and increase your total.
